Coaching Emergent Leaders
As a separate arrangement, or in combination with the above programs and services, OCL Group principals provide one-on-one executive coaching or team coaching paying attention to specific professional development issues or concerns. Participants gain much greater insight into how the individual and the team perceive a situation, learn how to expand their possibilities for new action, and practice new, effective actions.
