| Kurt Lewin, a founder of Organization Development, said that there is 'nothing more practical than a good theory'. Apparently he got the idea from James Maxwell, the Scottish mathematician and physicist, which shows that there is hardly a new idea under the sun. But, as this is a time of great change in organizations and in the world, it is also time for new management and leadership practices and new ideas to support the new practices.
We enable our clients to develop new practices so they are better at what they do. To do that, we offer new ideas and new distinctions and this section contains some of our writings: both conceptual and the sorts of 'tools' we use with our clients. It's intended to give you a better idea of who we are and what we do, to stimulate your thinking about what is going on in your organization, and to provide material that will be useful to you day-to-day.
