Leading for a Change
These four to six month programs lead to entirely new ways of: exercising leadership, learning from one another; shaping culture; managing staff; holding others accountable; and measuring results. They include on-site workshops; group and individual coaching; structured readings and learning guides; and ready access to our consultants and coaches throughout.


Breaking Through Tough Problems
In this shorter, more intensive, applied learning process, we work with your groups to identify and creatively tackle the complex organizational problems which often seem to defy resolution. We equip them to work collaboratively on their own tough problems.


Mastering the Art of Organizational Coaching
This three to four month intensive program is intended for experienced coaches and other professionals. Participants learn a proven approach to generating conversations that build accountability, trust, and the motivation to deal with tough problems in their client organizations. The program provides participants with extensive practice through workshops, group, and individual coaching, learning guides, and a field project.


Coaching Emergent Leaders
As a separate arrangement, or in combination with the above programs, OCL Group principals provide one-on-one executive coaching or team coaching paying attention to specific professional development issues or concerns. Participants gain much greater insight into how the individual and the team perceive a situation, learn how to expand their possibilities for new action, and practice new, effective actions.


Speaking and Conference Session Design and Delivery
We craft and deliver inspiring speeches and workshop sessions for your convention, conference or other gathering. We can make a large room intimate or give small groups a sense of the importance of their work.
