VICTORIA GODDARD-TRUITT
Results Based Leadership Consortium Partner
Dr. Victoria Goddard-Truitt is a co-founder of The Results Based Facilitation Network and founding member of the Results Based Leadership Consortium and a member of its current Leadership Team. Over the past eight years she has provided leadership development using Results Based Leadership tools and methods to build the capacity of government, public, non-profit and community leaders to work together, develop their capacity to collaborate, create aligned actions across agencies, and develop executable action agendas that individuals collectively move forward to get desired results. Her work also focuses on helping groups to assess the scope, scale and effectiveness of plans to accelerate results.
She also has eight years' experience providing leadership development, facilitation and consultation for groups working to make measurable progress to improve the well-being of populations. This work is built on a foundation of over 15 years' experience providing direct services and analyzing local, state and national programs serving families with children, including her work as the Senior Manager of Systems Improvement at the Casey Foundation where she created the peer-to-peer network as part of her portfolio of work.
Currently, Dr. Goddard-Truitt is the Principal of Collaborating for Results, LLC and serves as the Co-Director for the Results Based Collaborative at the University of Maryland and Coach/Facilitator for the Productive Meetings Series for the Annie E. Casey Foundation. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Development from the College of Education of the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Kentucky.
